I love these when i first saw it in the Pupsik's blog. I would discuss with Xiao Ci and see whether she wants it in her new room when we get a new place. Oh yes, we are thinking of shifting to AMK which is nearer to my in laws place. This is so that I dun have to panic whenever my husband needs to be away and more convenient when she goes P1 next year.

my agent fren said a 3 room unit at castle green is ard 550k, the price of a 5 room flat in central amk. price quite low but its 99 years
I ask my hubby to check for u the price of last transaction in Castle Green... should be able to get better price now. I tink location is better than my Seasons Park, but if u stay there then we can share facilities... hahahaha... u can use my back gate to amk market area and I can use ur mama shop! If u work at Anderson Primary, waaa... v shiok!

but i dun want so fast upgrade to condo leh. was thinking of walking dist to my inlaw's place. She is staying at blk 714, just next to the mosque at central.
